Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree requiredJob specific requirements:
7+ years of total Sales/HQ planning and customer insights experience, with preference to individuals with consumer-packaged goods experience managing the Costco business.Prior people leadership experience required.Strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems.Previous experience owning a P&L.Extensive knowledge of industry, category and/or Mondelez portfolio specific to category.Significant experience in building customer relationships and business strategiesTravel requirements: ~20% travel required.
The base salary range for this position is $134,200 to $184,450; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
