About the Role:

Assuring Customer shipments on time by effective analysis of the demand, inventory and the correct communication with the all areas involved, always focused on improve team performance and oriented of the not disturbing the production schedule plan. Creating a sustainable Process & Strategies related to material planning and inventory control that also guarantees obsolescence risk.

What You Will Do:

Make daily analysis of Finished Goods inventory levels to avoid any shortage shipment.Make analysis of customer releases week by week to detect demand variations.Make weekly customer demand planning to materials planning group according to the current customer demand.Ensure the communication with all areas involved to meet customer shipment requirement.Ensure the production plan schedule for all programs.Assure in collaboration with planning and logistics team for customer shipments on time.Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.Identify and implement improvements to prevent obsolescence risk.Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency of labor.Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance related issues.Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.Assure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve correct high of inventory accuracy.Assure accurate production plan for all programs to optimize resources at all areas involved.Zero premium freight services through the proper production planning processes.Coordinate product changes to assure minimal obsolescence.Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections based on statistical data in order to properly manage plant capacity and manning.Drive capacity increase risk management, escalate to MBU on time in case of potential risks and propose alternatives/measures.Evaluate and prioritize customer inquiries to better serve the customers.Maintain relationships with other internal departments to improve business performance.Analyze customer’s issues to develop tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction.Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.Supervising Customer Analyst & MPS team activities.Department KPIs target achievement (Inventory, Premium freight cost, Cost recovery, ec).Be key user for standard processes and for SAP.In addition, with other activities assigned by MBU Manager.
 

What You Need to Be Successful:

5+ Years of experience in the position as Customer AnalystManufacturing processes knowledgeExperience with Automotive OEMs / Customer PortalsPreferred: experience working with StellantisAdvanced MS OfficeAdvanced English level B2+ (be able to understand virtually all conversations, communicate effectively in different situations, write clear and well-structured texts in an appropriate styleAdvanced SAP knowledge, or similar ERPAdvanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, sumif, ifs, advanced combo charts design, etc.)Advanced Negotiation Skills Demand Driven MRPSupply Chain Management deep understanding and knowledge (From customer ordering to Harman to suppliers including the logistics chain)HPS Certification 8D and Problem Solving Inventory Management Knowledge (Understand and calculate optimal FG stock levels)Time Management Intermediate Management Skills / First Time Leader Soft skills (Competencies mentioned below)Six Sigma / TQM system knowledgeEffective Presentation, Negotiation and Organization capability.Finance for Non-Financial Managers Desirable other language if applicable by customer (for example Audi/VW German, Toyota/Subaru Japanese, USA English, etc.)Crisis Management capabilityKey User for Standard processes and SAPKnowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
