+ A salary of 14.85 per hour, including pension accrual of 6.2%;
+ Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work (partially) from home;
+ Working within business hours Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 18:00;
+ Working in an international environment.
**What you will do in this role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You handle service calls and ensure that all questions and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Not only do you focus on customer satisfaction, but you also play a key role in connecting customers with internal teams such as sales and technical support.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Handling incoming service callsand customer inquiries via mail;
+ Providing excellent customer service and advice;
+ Maintaining relationships with existing customers and contributing to customer satisfaction;
+ Identifyingcommercial opportunities and capitalizing on them;
+ Collaborating with other departments to provide the best possible support for customers;
+ Using various software programs to manage customer data and streamline processes.
**Your qualifications**

+ Can work a minimum of 32-40 hours;
+ Be able to speak fluent English and Polish;
+ Can follow our 5-week full-time training course, starting 30-06;
+ Are a true multitasker and like to go the extra mile for customers.
It is a plus if you:
+ Have worked in customer service before, preferably in the B2B field;
+ Have experience in relationship management and identifying commercial opportunities;
+ Can work well independently, but can also collaborate effectively in a team.
