As a Product Manager in Customer Strategy & Engagement – Acquisition Insights, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery & execution efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityBe a center for knowledge – The candidate has deep curiosity and interest in maintaining product controls, monitoring, setting the standard for the team as it relates to our controls environment and ability to drive and strengthen the control frameworkManages key relationships – Work with engineering, architecture, product, control & compliance stakeholders and data analytics to drive decision making Communicates effectively and often – Be vocal. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementA customer journey & control obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain good, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer & control needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsDemonstrated ability to build a robust partnership with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech / Architecture / Data & Analytics) to achieve superior resultsGood team player and leader inspires action and performance of their team - leading by example and instilling a culture of togethernessAbility to translate disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverablesDemonstrated ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment.
