Job Title: Customer Account Supervisor

We’re seeking a Customer Account Supervisor to lead a high-performing account management team and ensure exceptional service for our customers in the industrial and manufacturing sector.

In this role, you’ll combine your leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and customer-first mindset to oversee daily operations, support a team of account managers, and help customers get the solutions they need to keep their businesses moving.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing coaching, training, and support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth.

Review and approve customer quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support your team with escalated issues, helping resolve complex orders and customer needs.

Identify opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor the order entry and fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations.

Partner with internal teams to meet customer expectations and exceed service goals.

Actively contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and cost savings across the department.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2–4 years of technical customer sales or account management experience.

Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in the manufacturing sector.

Excellent communication skills and phone presence.

Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
