Customer Account Executive Job Description: Sage is seeking a driven Account Executive to support revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the re-engagement of off-plan customers. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle through phone and Microsoft Teams meetings, working directly with prospects and customers to identify needs and deliver value-based solutions. Success in this role requires strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand a customer’s business environment, challenges, and goals. You’ll confidently position Sage’s solutions by translating product capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a true “hunter” mindset, thrives on prospecting and closing new business, and builds strong rapport with decision-makers and line-of-business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound outreach to Fixed Assets prospects and off-plan customers within an assigned territory or account set to identify business needs and solution fit • Prospect for net-new Sage Fixed Assets customers to build and maintain a healthy pipeline while achieving new customer acquisition (NCA) targets • Position Sage Fixed Assets solutions based on prospect needs, engaging buyers, implementers, and decision-makers to secure new customers • Own the full sales cycle, including license subscriptions, professional services, and training offerings • Expand opportunities by engaging multiple lines of business within customer organizations to drive adoption and customer satisfaction • Follow up on, nurture, and close qualified leads assigned to the territory Plenty of perks: • 100% paid premiums for health, dental, and vision coverage. • RRSP contribution match (100% up to 4%). • 35 days paid time off (11 paid holidays, 16 vacation days, 3 personal days, 5 sick days). • 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or surrogacy offered 1 year after the start date. • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation). • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after the hire date. • Sage Wellness Rewards Program (annual fitness reimbursement). • Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings.
