Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate within Custody Operations, you will deliver program management services across various responsibilities. You will communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities to key stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver program management services across strategy, execution, and performance monitoring.Communicate business strategy and priorities to stakeholders.Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics.Leverage expertise in LLM, AI, UI Path, Python, Cloud, Tableau, and Alteryx.Partner with Finance, Business Management, and Technology teams.Drive key initiatives, including the people agenda.Work closely with leads to drive non-financial KPIs and MI.Identify and implement process efficiency opportunities.Create project charters and present to senior management.Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.Conduct analysis to identify trends and themes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
