Job Summary 

As an Asset Servicing Risk Associate in the Custody Asset Services Middle Office, you identify and manage risk associated with global voluntary corporate action events. You support instruction management, inquiry resolution, and operational controls to ensure a positive client experience. You collaborate with Operations, Client Service, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver robust risk management and service excellence.

Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and manage risk on voluntary corporate action events for global clients.Provide instruction management support to clients and operational teams.Support global middle office client-facing teams with inquiry management for voluntary corporate actions.Partner with core Operations and Middle Office teams to address control and service delivery issues.Understand the control environment and ensure daily checks are completed.Participate actively in team huddles to share updates and insights.Work collaboratively on departmental projects to drive process improvements.Analyze and resolve issues related to asset servicing and corporate actions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior business executives.Deliver operational excellence with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.Utilize MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic user tools like Alteryx and Tableau for reporting and analysis.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Demonstrate a good understanding of corporate actions and income accounting entries.Understand equity and fixed income instruments in a global custody context.Apply technical knowledge of voluntary corporate actions to daily responsibilities.Exhibit logical and problem-solving skills to identify and remediate risk.Communicate clearly and build relationships across stakeholders and senior executives.Deliver results with minimal supervision while working effectively in a team.Utilize MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic user tools like Alteryx and Tableau.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Support process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.Analyze complex asset servicing issues and propose effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.Demonstrate motivation and resilience under pressure.Develop strong working relationships with global stakeholders.Apply a continuous improvement mindset to operational risk management.
