**Job Title: Custodial Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodial Worker to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for everyone. **Responsibilities** + Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting furniture; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic areas. + Collecting and emptying trash and recycling bins. + Stocking restrooms and supply closets with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels; maintaining inventory. + Changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, addressing spills, and performing basic equipment upkeep. + Removing snow and debris from sidewalks and tending to plants, if applicable. + Locking doors and securing premises at closing. + Notifying supervisors about major repairs or unsafe conditions. **Essential Skills** + Reliability and strong work ethic. + Attention to detail. + Ability to work independently. + Physical stamina and ability to lift/move objects. + Knowledge of health and safety protocols. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with packing, inventory, production, and picking. + Proficiency with RF scanners, shipping and receiving, and warehouse inventory. + Skills in general labor, packaging, material handling, loading, and pallet jack operation. **Why Work Here?** Join a team in the aerospace industry where you have the opportunity to work full-time from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
