**Job Title: Custodial Worker** **Pay: $15 an hour//Paid Weekly!!!** **Looking to hire on immediately, great benefits/incentives!** **Job Description** As a Custodial Worker, you will perform routine building cleaning tasks and related work. This role involves manual labor that follows established procedures, requiring efficient and thorough performance of heavy cleaning tasks. You will also need to operate equipment such as floor buffers and carpet shampoo machines. **Responsibilities** + Remove bulk trash and recyclable products using mechanical equipment when necessary. + Set up rooms for conferences and arrange classrooms and conference meeting rooms. **Essential Skills** + Ability to routinely move, lift, and/or carry, with or without assistance, equipment, parts, and job-related materials exerting up to and including 50 pounds of force. + Ability to learn to operate power-cleaning equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in janitorial work, clean room maintenance, or general labor is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We offer great employee benefits once you become a permanent employee, including tuition reimbursement. **Work Environment** Various shift options are available to suit your schedule. Day shifts include Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 1:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM or 5 AM to 1:30 PM, and Wednesday to Sunday from 5 AM to 1:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Night shifts are available from Sunday to Thursday, 5 PM to 1:30 AM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWARK, Delaware. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
