Job Description

This position involves performing routine building cleaning tasks and related work. The role requires efficient and thorough performance of heavy cleaning tasks, following established procedures. The ability to operate equipment such as floor buffers and carpet shampoo machines is essential.

ResponsibilitiesRemove bulk trash and recyclable products using mechanical equipment when necessary.Set up rooms for conferences and arrange classrooms and conference meeting rooms.Essential SkillsAbility to routinely move, lift, and carry equipment, parts, and job-related materials up to 50 pounds.Ability to learn and operate power-cleaning equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in janitorial work and general labor.Skill in cleaning and maintaining clean rooms.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work shifts are available in various schedules including: DAY / M-F 5AM - 1:30PM, DAY / M-F 8AM - 4:30PM, DAY / TU-SA 12PM - 8:30PM, DAY / TUE-SAT 5AM - 1:30PM, DAY / WED-SUN 5AM - 1:30PM, DAY / WED-SUN 8AM - 4:30PM, NIGHT / SUN-THU 5PM - 1:30AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWARK, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
