Shift:
2nd Shift , Monday - Friday, 2:30pm start plus mandatory overtime as required.Pay: $18.50 (8% Shift differential added for 2nd shift making that equal to $19.98)
Job Summary
Performs custodial and light maintenance duties throughout the site.
Core Responsibilities
Empties trash containers.Cleans parking lot and truck loading areas.Replaces bulbs in light fixtures.Performs minor plumbing responsibilities.Ensures aluminum, plastic containers and waste paper are recycled.Cleans and lubricates overhead doors and loading dock plates.Operates hydraulic press uses for bailing of corrugated materials.Performs landscaping duties to include mulching, seeding, bed edging, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, planting and snow removal.Sweeps, vacuums, washes and waxes floors.Cleans and maintains cafeteria, break room, bathrooms, customer service area, lobby and general offices.Paints traffic marking, doors, walls, conveyors, racking, etc.Performs acid etching and sealing of concrete floors.Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment.Performing work area clean-up and safety related duties.Diagnosing and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs.Insuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed.Inspecting and helping coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.Qualifying Experience
