**Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking Custodial Associates to join their team.** As a Custodial Associate, you will be part of the **Facilities Department** , supporting **site-wide operations** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **reliability** , and **a strong work ethic** , which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title: Custodial Associate**
**Location: Taylor, PA**
**Shift & Pay:**
**1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm @ $23 per hr**
**2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 3pm - 11:30pm @ $24 per hr**
**3rd Shift: Sun - Thur 11pm - 7:30am @ $25 per hr**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, canteens, and common areas
+ Stock consumables such as paper products and soap
+ Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas throughout the facility
+ Follow safety and sanitation protocols
+ Support general custodial duties as needed
**What’s Needed?**
+ Previous custodial or janitorial experience
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
+ Flexibility to work any of the three shifts
+ Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
