Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative curriculum aligned with state standards. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and curriculum effectiveness. Collaborate with teachers to provide training and support on curriculum delivery. Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to educational best practices. Research and integrate new educational resources and technologies. Facilitate professional development workshops for staff. Engage with parents to communicate curriculum goals and student achievements. Stay updated on industry trends and educational regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or curriculum development. Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using educational technology and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching. Florida teaching certification or equivalent is a plus.
