The North American Stores Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Curation Strategy Manager to lead editorial curation across multiple category events and marketing programs. The ideal candidate will drive editorial curation strategy and merchandising initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams including vendor managers, marketing managers, creative directors, and designers. This role requires a strong understanding of merchandising and curation's role in the customer journey, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams. The successful candidate will be data-driven with strong analytical capabilities, possess a creative eye for styling, trend and content curation, and demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. They should be a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail, while showcasing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer experiences through compelling content while working with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Curate products to be featured within editorial and design placements
• Coordinate sales data, brand and other selection inputs from category marketing teams to drive curation and merchandising outputs
• Monitor and manage automation work-streams to drive creative efficiencies and innovation for NASM
• Perform market analyses and competitive audits to identify consumer trends and content development opportunities
• Track and own key milestones and products for specific creative work back schedules
• Own individual projects from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Fluency with trends across beauty, fashion, home and fitness
• Extensive knowledge of the contemporary retail landscape, brands, and consumer trends

The NASM organization helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across retail categories. We do this by combining technology, innovation, and creativity to build new customer-facing shopping features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
