This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and wants to be part of something exciting. **🔧 Responsibilities:** + Prepare ingredients by weight using stainless steel pans, following precise instructions. + Read and execute customer-supplied recipes with light prep (e.g., slicing, cutting). + Operate a commercial-grade dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. + Stock drinks, culinary ingredients, and kitchen supplies. + Assist with trash removal and maintain kitchen and lab cleanliness. + Support engineers with food-based testing by providing timely and accurate prep. + Safely lift and carry items up to 20 lbs. + Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. + Stand for long periods and move efficiently in a dynamic environment. **🧠 Skills & Qualifications:** + Basic understanding of recipes and food prep instructions. + Comfortable with light knife work and accurate portioning. + Prior kitchen or food handling experience preferred. + Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and time management. + Positive, team-oriented attitude and adaptability. **📅 Schedule & Flexibility:** + 2–3 days per week, ideally Tuesday through Thursday. + Weekly testing needs may shift, so flexibility is appreciated. + No fixed duration for the role at this time. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
