In this role, you will:

The CTO Planning & Operations Delivery Coordinator drives financial, procurement, and expense management excellence for the Chief Technology Office (CTO) within the Digital Technology Solutions organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end procure-to-pay execution across CAPEX and OPEX, capital project financial management, and global telecom expense management. The coordinator provides accurate financial visibility, forecasting, and analytical insights to support informed decision-making across a large, complex technology budget.

In addition, the role identifies risks, blockers, and continuous improvement opportunities through metric trending, compliance oversight, and supplier performance management, ensuring strong internal controls and operational efficiency across infrastructure and telecom services.

Financial, Procurement, and Capital Management

Manage and execute the end-to-end CTO procurement lifecycle (CAPEX & OPEX), including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoice validation, accruals, amortization requests, goods receipts, asset placement, renewals, and closeout activities.

Facilitate capital project financial management, including capital forecasting, budget-to-actuals analysis, reconciliations between systems, and financial reporting updates.

Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting to ensure budget targets are met and financial risks are identified early.

Telecom Expense Management

Monitor, audit, and maintain compliant financial records for global telecom expenses, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate financial instructions.

Validate and reconcile telecom invoices, resolve discrepancies with suppliers, and manage requisitioning and accounting requirements.

Oversee service and cost inventory using telecom expense management tools and service delivery records to ensure spend accuracy and optimization.

Analytics, Reporting, and Insights

Deliver metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights to highlight progress, cost trends, risks, and blockers affecting delivery velocity and financial performance.

Provide regular reporting and reconciliation across procurement, capital, and telecom expense domains to support leadership decision-making.

Stakeholder and Supplier Engagement

Serve as a primary liaison between CTO / Infrastructure leadership, service delivery managers, accounting teams, outsource partners, and vendors.

Collect, analyze, and report supplier performance data and support the development of vendor and service performance improvement plans.

Provide guidance to service delivery teams on financial, procurement, and telecom capability needs aligned to regional and technology requirements.

Governance, Controls, and Continuous Improvement

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate financial instructions across all financial activities.

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.

Provide training, documentation, and guidance on standard operating procedures, financial processes, and business concepts.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree 5-7years of exp with demonstrated applied experience in finance, accounting, procurement, program administration, or related disciplines.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, SharePoint, and data analytics; basic SQL experience preferred.

Proven experience managing procure-to-pay processes, financial forecasting, budget management, and reporting.

Knowledge of telecom expense management, service inventory management, supplier invoicing, and cost reconciliation.

Ability to support month-end and year-end close activities and meet SLAs, including escalated business-critical timelines.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and operate with a customer service mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global, and matrixed environment across cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries.

Verbal and written fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Business or IT Services (ITS) experience in finance, accounting, or infrastructure operations.

Applied experience with telecom expense management systems and reporting tools.

Knowledge of corporate financial instructions, procurement platforms, and marketplace/buyer request systems.

Experience with vendor relationship management, supplier performance analysis, and contract or SLA awareness.

Understanding of infrastructure capability and service delivery processes.

Ability to communicate complex financial and telecom concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
