We offer competitive wages, quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits that begins on Day **ONE** and paid training. + 1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.20/hour + 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, Overtime as business needs require **As a CTL Tracker at Caterpillar you will:** + May rotate to various positions within the Job Function are to perform related activities + Follow and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting Waste Elimination, and Standard Work + Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition + Follows documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints + Must have effective communication skills + Be a contributing team member + Utilizing overhead crane hoists for unloading completed tracks **Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)** + Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods + Ability to perform repetitive operation + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. **Basic Qualifications:** + Assembly Experience + Ability to install CTL track + Some experience with Overhead Hoists and Overhead Cranes **Top candidates will also have:** + Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge.
