We specialize in relocation, downsizing, and online auctions. We’re hiring an awesome part-time CTBids Quality Control Manager for work in Lynnwood, WA and the surrounding areas. Benefits:Flexible scheduling with some work from home opportunities in this role (This is a hybrid position with some work from home opportunities and some REQUIRED work at our Lynnwood studio for shipping and operations)Working with a fun-loving team that’s passionate about helping peopleHone your leadership skillsMake a difference in the lives of local familiesOpportunity to grow in your roleHave direct contact with people in your communityRoles and Responsibilities:Manage all CT Bids functionsEnsure accuracy of auction items prior to “live” statusManages team member lotting quality and communicates as neededCreate, Update and Launch Online AuctionsDelegate re-lotting as neededMarket Sales / All Email Campaigns through FranConnect systemManages bidder questions / concernsTakes escalation calls regarding CT BidsClose live CTBids auctions, process payments, generate invoices and schedule pickup days/timesConduct follow-up calls with buyers post auctionManage Shipping & Operations for CTBidsManages ShippingSaint order processing and reconciliationPull, pack and fulfil active shipping orders in ShippingSaintEnsure shipping is delivered to UPS by Friday afternoon (delegates as needed)Manages all payment collection for CT Bids / AR / Unpaid biddersMaintain AnswerConnect CallsCreates Sales ReportsGenerates and sends team member reportsCoordinate and plan employee eventsFollow best practices, health and safety requirements, and company guidelines.Qualifications & Skills:Compassion and respect for clients and their familiesStrong customer service and verbal communication skills requiredKnowledge of cloud-based tools for time management, photo storage, et cetera.Ability to complete tasks and work in fast-paced, changing environmentsWillingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments. We provide work gloves, aprons, etc.Detail oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skillsPunctual and attentive to detailHave transportation, and smartphone access for scheduling, timekeeping and project managementAge 18 years or older with valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust undergo a pre-employment background check
