CT Technologist - Registry

Location: Janesville Hospital and Trauma CenterPay Range: $33.78-$50.67Benefits Elibible: NoShifts: Various shift openings available

 

Registry technologists are scheduled monthly in advance and assigned shifts based on departmental needs. Additional compensation is added to the base rate based on the selected tier. Tier Options:Tier I: 25–48 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsOne holiday per year+10% added to base rateTier II: 49–72 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsTwo holidays per year+15% added to base rateTier IV: 73–96 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsTwo holidays per year+20% added to base rate

Job Duties:

Performs diagnostic CT procedures.Corroborates patient's clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.

Requirements: 

Graduate of an accredited radiography programARRT Radiography registration requiredARRT Computed Tomography registration preferred (or must be obtained within two years of hire)IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in IllinoisWI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in WisconsinApproved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
