Sentara is currently hiring a CAT Scan Technologist in at the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge.

  

This is a Flexi opportunity with rotating shifts.

As a CAT Scan Technologist, you will provide quality Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician with adherence to the required protocol standards.

Performs Computed Tomography (CT) per protocol under the direction of a qualified physician;

Provides patient and family education; Operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational;

Maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations.  Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines. 

 Administration of CT Contrast per protocol.

Qualifications:

Trade School Graduate - Radiologic TechnologyARRT or CNMT is required, BLS

Must obtain ARRT (CT) advanced registry within 2 years of hire.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$32.39 - $53.98. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
