Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects. The role focuses on the coordination, design review, and construction oversight of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The CSA Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver mission-critical infrastructure to the highest standards.

About the Role:

Coordinate and review civil, structural, and architectural designs, drawings, and technical submittals

Oversee on-site construction of CSA works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications

Manage RFIs, inspections, and technical issue resolution during construction

Coordinate closely with MEP teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve clashes and sequencing issues

Support project delivery, commissioning readiness, and handover of CSA works

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)

3–10+ years experience in construction projects (data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial preferred)

Strong understanding of CSA systems in data centre environments

Experience working on live or fast-track construction projects

Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications

Knowledge of international standards and best practices (ACI, Eurocodes, BS, etc.)

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
