Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a CS Special Projects Coordinator to join the Cablofil Team in Mascoutah, IL.
Supports the sales team and VIP customers by managing key administrative functions to keep projects on track and running smoothly. Responsibilities include processing and monitoring customer orders, handling product returns and issuing credits, responding to inquiries on product details, availability, and technical matters resolving freight, shipping issues, and coordinating meetings with internal teams and customers.
Main Job Duties:
+ Provide point of contact for VIP customers for projects OVER 100 K and manage these accounts. Coordinate all aspects of customer support, including customer communication, performance, auditing, etc. as it pertains to large projects. Schedule and facilitate conference calls with internal teams and customers to review project status and progress.
+ Focus on the details and execution of a project, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed and organized.
+ Process orders, quotes, and freight analyses by accurately reviewing sales documents and details. Key duties include managing order fulfillment to meet customer requirements, following up with distributors on order changes, product availability, lead times, shipping methods, delivery dates and updating customer service portals and spreadsheets with current order and shipment status.
+ Provide forecasting to scheduling / production and coordinate weekly meetings to discuss open projects.
+ Utilize knowledge of Cablofil’s product lines to analyze and process bills of material provided by customer or contractor for compatibility.
+ Research and approve debits, credits, and customer extras for accounting department.
+ Respond to inquiries regarding product, pricing, and availability and technical inquiries regarding product line.
+ Process Return Material Authorization and customer credits.
+ Help identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
+ Gather information to set up new customers.
+ Travel as needed for site or customer visits, evaluate customer specific situations and make decisions that will satisfy our customer.
+ Process reports; tracking report, hold report, open order report, and back-order report.
+ Performs all activities in accordance with applicable procedures and work instructions.
+ Performs other similar and related duties as required.
+ Learn to navigate in several systems: Company Portal (myLegrand/service center), SAP, EZ Project, Excel, and Sales Force.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or minimum 7 years equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ Customer Service experience in manufacturing environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
+ Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize, and accomplish a diversified workload. Able to evaluate situations, identify options and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
+ Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
+ Requires close attention to detail, ability to audit work to identify issues and implement processes to prevent errors.
+ Exceptional computer skills, extensive knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software, proficiency with various e-mails, calendaring, meeting management, and related communications software. ERP and CRM software experience strongly preferred.
+ Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment. Must be able to handle all types of personalities and relate to people at all levels of the organization. Represents respective executive staff in a highly professional manner.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Able to provide clear and concise information and create effective reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
+ Thorough knowledge of the company, its history, products, and market position is essential. Must have solid business acumen and understanding of a variety of functional areas within the business.
