Cross-Sectional IR Scheduler Apply Now **Job Summary** The Cross-Sectional Radiology Scheduler is an integral asset of pre-procedural care for CSIR patients. COMMUNICATION + Communicate/collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure an integrated approach to service. + Proactively serve as a liaison between customers and internal Michigan Medicine personnel to ensure adequate response and customer/patient satisfaction. + Contact patient to schedule case. + Answer incoming phone calls and triage to appropriate location. COORDINATION + Manage CSIR's inpatient work queue. + Manage CSIR in-basket pool. **Required Qualifications*** + Must have demonstrated good communication skills, both written and verbal. + Excellent attendance record. + Adhere to high standards of teamwork by demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and consistently sharing information and resources with others. + Ability to work independently in an ever-changing and potentially stressful environment. + Demonstrate dependability, initiative, ability to prioritize, and ability to accept direction. + Strong organizational skills. + At least one year of scheduling experience. + High School diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 3 years of experience. **Desired Qualifications*** + Two years patient care experience + Prior experience with MiChart + Associate's degree in a health science **Work Schedule** Day shift, Monday - Friday **Work Locations** UH/BCSC **Modes of Work** Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
