Cross-Asset Sales - Central Eastern Europe (CEE) Markets Coverage - Associate or Vice President

As an Associate or Vice President in the Central Eastern Europe Markets Coverage Team, you will partner with colleagues to develop sales and marketing materials, lead transaction pricing, and respond to client trade inquiries across asset classes. You will provide coverage for a broad client base, supporting investment decisions and product selection with a focus on rates, FX, credit, and equities solutions. You will monitor macroeconomic, political, and regulatory developments in the CEE region, communicate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner in the development of sales and marketing materials for clients across Central and Eastern Europe Lead pricing of transactions and respond to client trade inquiries across asset classes Provide coverage for a broad client base, discussing hedging requirements and investment activity Support client investment decisions and product selection through a wide array of market solutions, including: Rates and FX: interest rate swaps (IRS), cross-currency swaps (CCS), FX forwards and options Credit: credit default swaps (CDS), cash bonds Equities and structured solutions Monitor and interpret macroeconomic, political, and regulatory developments across the CEE region; synthesize insights and communicate actionable viewpoints to clients and internal stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client coverage, including adoption of firm-approved AI-based tools and data automation Support the team with client account management and the build-out of the markets franchise across CEE

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience as a salesperson with regional client coverage in any asset class Demonstrated knowledge of the CEE region and its market drivers, with a strong interest in regional and global markets Existing client relationships in the region, with the ability to expand coverage and responsibilities Expert knowledge of financial derivatives and their use cases across FICC or Equities Fluency in at least one major CEE language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging internal stakeholders and clients Determination to address issues and drive resolutions independently, with a strong ownership mindset Ability to work under pressure with high self-motivation, delivering timely, high-quality outputs Strong presentation and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation Experience using AI-based tools and solutions to enhance sales productivity, pricing workflows, and client insights; comfort with challenging the status quo and improving processes

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience supporting the build-out of a markets franchise in the CEE region Background in cross-asset sales or multi-asset client coverage Proven ability to synthesize complex market developments into actionable insights Track record of driving process improvement and adoption of new technologies Experience working with public sector entities and financial institutions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
