CRM Marketing Specialist – Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Focus

We’re seeking a hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving customer engagement through email, SMS, and push campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and has deep experience with CRM platforms, segmentation strategies, and performance reporting.

Role Breakdown70%: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively20%: Working across additional programs and channels to support broader marketing initiatives10%: Reporting and meetings (Note: Tuesdays are meeting-heavy with back-to-back sessions)Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns using Klaviyo and Tapcart, including dynamic content, QA, A/B testing, and schedulingDevelop and QA automated journeys with universal content blocks and advanced segmentationImport lists and define segments using logic-based filters or AI-driven tools in KlaviyoCreate and present campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis using platforms like Shopify, Elevar, Recharge, Yotpo, Retention X, and moreUpdate on-site messaging and lead capture forms via WisepopsWrite compelling copy including headlines, body text, subject lines, and preheadersSubmit creative briefs and provide direction for new creative initiativesIntake email requests, manage project updates, confirm approvals, and organize assetsOffer strategic recommendations and best practices for channel-specific campaignsSupport omni-channel CRM initiatives including new product launches, vendor onboarding, promotional events, and transactional messagingConduct ad-hoc KPI reporting using cloud-based dashboards for major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday)Skills & ToolsEmail marketing, CRM software, e-commerce platforms, digital marketingPlatforms: Shopify, Klaviyo, Tapcart, Recharge, Retention X, WisepopsExperience with segmentation logic, dynamic content, and universal blocksFamiliarity with performance tools like Google Analytics, Adobe, Eloqua, etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
