🧾 Job Overview We’re seeking a hands-on CRM Campaign Specialist to support multi-channel marketing efforts across Email, SMS, and Push platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce, campaign execution, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and report on campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, Tapcart, Shopify, Recharge, and Retention X. 📊 Breakdown of Responsibilities + 70%: Collaborating with the broader team to ensure campaign success + 20%: Supporting other programs/channels + 10%: Meetings and reporting (Tuesdays are meeting-heavy) 🛠️ Key Responsibilities + Build and QA Email, SMS, and Push campaigns with dynamic content, A/B testing, and scheduling in Klaviyo and Tapcart + Edit and QA automated journeys using universal content blocks and advanced segmentation + Import lists and define segments using logic or AI tools in Klaviyo + Create and present campaign performance reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) using Shopify, Klaviyo, Tapcart, Recharge, Yotpo, Retention X, and Elevar + Update on-site messaging and lead capture forms via Wisepops + Write creative copy (headlines, body, subject lines, preheaders) + Submit creative briefs and provide direction for new initiatives + Collaborate with internal teams to intake requests, confirm approvals, and manage assets + Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for channel-specific campaigns + Support CRM integrations, product launches, promotional events, and vendor onboarding + Conduct ad hoc reporting on KPIs using cloud-based dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Retention X) ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in DTC or B2C environments + 4–5+ years working in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento) + Intermediate to advanced email marketing skills + Experience with SMS and Push marketing + Familiarity with dynamic content and segmentation logic + Experience with mid-market or enterprise ESPs (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce) + Strong reporting skills using cloud-based analytics tools + Must have worked with consumer products (preferably in health & wellness) + Comfortable with large datasets and performance dashboards + Copywriting experience is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
