Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated CRM Specialist to join their team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Relations Department supporting the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CRM Specialist
**Location:** (Remote)
**Pay Range:** $30/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate with lead-generation vendors to schedule prospective clients with the sales team for product demonstrations.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to align business goals with lead-generating activities, considering scheduling needs and team availability.
+ Manage the process of sending calendar reminders and confirming appointments with vendors and clients.
+ Work closely with sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead outreach and conversion.
+ Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze lead engagement and conversion metrics to optimize processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within the corporate IT or technology industry setting.
+ Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platform.
+ Proven track record in lead generation and conversion strategies.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, with knowledge of appointment setting best practices.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups.
