Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team. As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: CRM Marketing Manager**
**Location: Chester, NY 10918 (Onsite)**
**Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000**
**What's the Job?**
+ Implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
+ Manage execution and tracking of direct mail marketing activities to current and non-customers.
+ Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns to current and non-customers.
+ Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and campaign performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field required.
+ 3+ years of related experience in CRM marketing or a similar role.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
