CRM Lead - AI Assistants
Job Description Insight Global's top pharmaceutical client is CRM Lead to partner closely with the Commercial AI Product Team to support AI-powered Digital Assistants for Field Representatives, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Key Account Managers (KAMs), and other personas. This role blends CRM platform leadership (Salesforce/Veeva CRM), AI product enablement, agile delivery, and front-end UI expertise. They will lead Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis for CRM and AI-enabled use cases, lead in Agile Product delivery, Manage cross functional stakeholders, and Influence design of AI-driven front-end experiences. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in CRM or customer engagement platforms. Strong Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism. Life Sciences industry experience preferred. Agile / SDLC project management experience preferred. Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM configuration and integrations. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript React, state management, design systems REST / GraphQL APIs Streaming AI responses AI prompt/response structures, embeddings, token limits
