Our client, a leader in critical environment operations, is seeking a Critical Environment Operations Manager to join their team. As a Critical Environment Operations Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting mission-critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a deep technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Critical Environment Operations Manager
**Location: Remote (with regular on-site presence in Atlanta)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and mentor a team of CE technicians, IT technicians, and leads supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
+ Conduct gap analysis to identify training needs and develop targeted learning plans for technical staff.
+ Act as a technical SME in electrical and mechanical systems, supporting commissioning, operations, and troubleshooting.
+ Oversee development and implementation of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs across the data center portfolio.
+ Collaborate with client operations and learning & development teams to standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of experience in data center or critical environment operations, with hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
+ 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
+ Proven experience with EPMS, BCM, BAS, and life safety systems.
+ Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and commissioning documentation.
+ Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field preferred.
