We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with experience in the scrum framework to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business objectives and deliver optimal performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include coding new applications, optimizing existing systems, documenting technical processes, and providing technical support in production and troubleshooting.

Develop (code), test, and provide ongoing application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:


• Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs.
• Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.
• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Senior Applications Development earns between $106,100 - $159,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
