Job Title: Crib Attendant
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Crib Attendant to support our operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining efficient material flow. This role is critical to maintaining production readiness and supporting internal teams through accurate data and timely material handling.

ResponsibilitiesInvestigate inventory discrepancies by physically verifying part quantities and locations.Extract and analyze inventory data using SAP and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).Monitor and report inventory trends and anomalies to leadership and union representatives.Maintain and audit the Non-Conforming Material log weekly until issues are resolved.Process and ship material transfers to other plant locations, including documentation for domestic and international shipments.Support cycle count activities and assist with inventory audits as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues and ensure inventory accuracy.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsData entry, inventory control, and inventory management skills.Proficiency in SAP and Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.Strong attention to detail, especially with numerical data.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic math, computer, and analytical skills.Experience with Word and Outlook.Prior experience in MRO, warehousing, or inventory control is a plus.Work Environment

The role operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The work environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
