Your Role as a Crew Team Member
As a vital part of our restaurant team, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Leading the experience – Engage with guests to ensure they’re having a great visit
+ Serving with a smile – Assist customers with ordering and provide menu suggestions
+ Preparing quality food – Cook and present delicious McDonald’s menu items
+ Maintaining our standards – Help keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and well-organized
