Job Duties:

Prepares legal documents for trial. Drafts pleadings, motions, demand letters, agreements, and correspondence. Communicates effectively with attorneys, opposing counsel, and debtors.Manage the attorneys calendar, meetings, and deadlines. Research cases, companies, and anticipates needs. Interview and communicate with new clients.

Qualifications:

Paralegal degree or certificate preferred. Works well individually and in a team. Previous law firm experience preferred. Ability to speak up about mistakes or new ideas.
