Chase Auto is a leading provider of auto financing with a portfolio of more than $80 billion in assets and relationships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. As a Credit Verification Specialist in auto finance, you will be responsible for calling, verifying and/or collecting information from customers as part of the auto loan underwriting process will be responsible for working with credit analysts, funders and loan integrity officers to investigate factors that need to be clarified with customers and subsequently contacting customers to obtain the required information. The verification process is based on existing credit policies and operations procedures.
You will be managing a pipeline with a service level commitment to automotive dealers. Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong time management skills are required to ensure exceptional customer service. This role is a great introduction to the auto business and can provide a solid foundation for advancement and growth within Chase Auto.
