Credit Support Specialist IV

As a Credit Support Specialist IV within our dynamic and growing team, you will analyze financial statements, process and review loan documentation, and ensure compliance with lending requirements. You will perform due diligence, interpret complex legal and financial documents, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues. Your role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial analysis, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment.

Job responsibilities:

Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelinesProcess Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical dataReview Loan documents and process transactions as per Service Level AgreementInterpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirementsPerforms required research on the received request within stipulated timelinesInterpret data, analyze results using bank’s operating systemsFollows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holdersMakes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting Minimum 3 years of work experience, in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan OperationsCandidate should be open to work in shiftsStrong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stake-holders across levels building a strong client relationshipManage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the processGood understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documentsAdvanced Excel & MS AccessDemonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountabilityExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environmentHigh level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues and time management
