Credit Support Specialist III

As a Credit Support Specialist III within our Financial Analysis team, you will be responsible for performing analysis of Financial Statements, processing various financial and legal documents, and making informed decisions regarding the documentation handled. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in banking, mortgage, and financial analysis, and to work effectively in a team environment.

Job responsibilities:

Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelinesProcess Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents,  Credit Agreement and abstract critical dataReview Loan documents and process transactions as per Service Level AgreementInterpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirementsPerforms required research on the received request within stipulated timelinesInterpret data, analyze results using bank’s operating systemsFollows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders                                        Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled    

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting At least 2 years of work experience in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan OperationsCandidate should be open to work in shiftsStrong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levelsManage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the processGood understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documentsAdvanced Excel & MS AccessDemonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountabilityExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environmentAttention to detail, problem solving skills, High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues managementClient relationship and time management
