Credit Support Specialist II (Open to Fresh Graduates)

As a Credit Support Specialist II in a dynamic and growing team, you will be responsible for reviewing the completeness of financial statements and key loan documents, interpreting and analyzing both financial and non-financial information to ensure compliance with lending requirements, and conducting thorough research on requests in accordance with service level agreements.

Job responsibilities:

Review financial statement documents and process transactions as per SLAInterpret and understand financial documents pertaining to underwriting and monitoring and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirementsProcess Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical dataPerforms required research on the received request within stipulated timelinesFollows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders                                         Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled  

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan OperationsStrong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levelsManage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the processGood understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documentsDemonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountabilityExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environmentAttention to detail and problem solving skillsClient relationship and time management                      High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues management
