Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Credit Specialist with Danish Language skills

As a Credit Specialist at our company you will be working with B2B, B2C customers. Our main responsibility will be to analyze credit risks and collect aged debts to achieve financial goals and at the same time to minimize the risk of sales on credit. We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and to be able to work independently. 

Responsibilities:

Perform daily monitoring on customer portfolio to identify outstanding debts;

Handle customer inquiries on daily basis;

Regular problem solving regarding customer inquiries (internal and external issues);

Coordinate and lead problem solving issues (debt collection agency, internal departments, IT, business units);

Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions/strategy;

Reporting;

Closely collaborate with Business units and external collection agencies;

Ensure continuous collection process evaluation and improvements;

Participate in debt collection projects to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Degree in economics or finance;

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques;

Experienced MS Excel user;

Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and in Danish to communicate with Denmark business unit;

Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate;

Patient and strong personality;

Analytic mindset, strong stress handling ability;

Improvement and innovation driven, lean orientated individual.
