As a **Credit Risk & Collection Management Analyst** within our Integrated Order-to-Cash (O2C) team at Sanofi Business Services, you will support our North America operations, focusing on receivables management, cash application insights, dispute handling, and collection activities that directly contribute to our financial accuracy and service excellence. Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities** + Deliver collections management services for SBS North America in alignment with established SLAs. + Review Accounts Receivable ageing reports and perform collection and dunning activities. + Manage disputes and claims identified within the Ci2C process, ensuring proper classification and resolution. + Determine and execute appropriate escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and action. + Analyze payment discrepancies, support factoring and securitization activities, and perform AR clearing. + Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant tasks and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement. + Document and maintain Level 6/7 process knowledge to support training and standardization. + Proactively identify operational issues, propose solutions, and coach junior analysts when needed. **About you** + Broad understanding of Customer Invoice-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable processes. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and deductive thinking skills. + Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. + Highly organized, structured, and able to consistently meet deadlines. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP FI is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). + Advanced English; Portuguese is an advantage. **_Why choose us?_** + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + You’ll be part of leading the first experiences a job seeker has with Sanofi and ensuring it is best-in-class and driving conversions. + You’ll be part of a truly diverse cross-cultural team and can have real business impact. + Flexible working policies, including up to 50% remote work. + Private medical care, life and health insurance, and gender-neutral paid parental leave + Colombia is one of Sanofi’s key locations for new talents, having a big footprint with the Bogota HUB and its best-in-class operation. + Mexico and Argentina Play an instrumental part in creating best practice and innovation within our 3 vaccines production plants. **Pursue** _Progress_ . **Discover** _Extraordinary_ .
