YOUR IMPACT

 

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll make a real impact on the business by helping optimize cash collection, reduce bad debt, and support sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Credit, you’ll build hands-on experience in global B2B credit risk, while contributing to best-in-class processes and a positive customer experience.

 

Please note : This role is based in our Waterloo office, Hybrid, 3 days/week(Tuesdays-Thursdays).

 

Internal Shuttle Service to Waterloo :  If you live farther away, and you cannot relocate, you can conveniently park your vehicle at one of our offices in Richmond Hill or Mississauga and use the shuttle bus for a comfortable commute to and from the Waterloo office, twice a week.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Learn how to develop and execute credit risk strategies, including automation initiatives
Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance
Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to assess credit requests and recommend solutions
Review and approve payment term requests while ensuring SLA compliance
Support acquisition integrations and strategic projects that strengthen credit risk practices
Contribute to continuous improvements in credit granting and collections processes

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or graduating in 2026)
Ability to analyze financial statements
Exposure to B2B credit or finance is an asset (internships count!)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A curiosity-driven, organized, and growth-oriented approach
CCP, accounting designation, or bilingual skills are assets

 

This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Waterloo office.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
