As a Document Specialist within the Private Banking Credit Middle Office Closing Team, you play a vital role in supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Job responsibilities

Prepare, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents for complex credit transactionsEnsure all documentation meets regulatory, policy, and compliance requirementsCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to guarantee accuracy and completenessFacilitate smooth and timely client closings by managing multiple priorities and deadlinesIdentify and mitigate regulatory and credit risks through thorough documentation practicesSupport process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client serviceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of loan documentation, commercial real estate, and credit policiesContribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards and proceduresProvide guidance and support to team members on best practices and documentation requirementsParticipate in projects and initiatives that drive innovation and excellence within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum one year of documentation experienceDirect client interaction experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong analytical and organizational skillsProven problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of legal credit documentation, covenants, ownership structures, and guaranteesOutstanding organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
