Position Purpose:
The Credit Coordinator position will be part of a team responsible for completing tasks and processes that support Trade Credit Services. These associates will be involved in collection of Accounts Receivable, customer service, maintaining customer data, system administration, and other tasks that support the Trade Credit Services team and our pro customers

Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be legally permitted to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBackground in Accounting/Credit/Finance, with experience collecting pro trade credit accounts receivable, mechanics lien waivers, account reconciliation, customer service, data management, and system administration.Able to perform on a team and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Outlook and Excel.Interpersonal Communication SkillsWritten Communication and Note TakingCollection SkillsDetail OrientedData ManagementCustomer Service and Phone SkillsProblem Solving and Conflict ResolutionAbility to Work IndependentlyGeneral Knowledge of Business and FinanceAbility to Prioritize and Manage Tasks in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentMinimum Education:
