Job Description
The Credit Associate will work under the guidance of the Credit Manager to conduct credit analyses on new and existing customers. The role involves recommending appropriate credit limits to ensure that bad debts are controlled within established corporate parameters. Additionally, the position requires providing statistical studies as needed and supporting businesses primarily in the North America region. The Credit Associate will also manage an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
Perform credit analyses on customers on a regular, periodic basis, including recommending credit limits and reviewing pertinent customer information to support recommendations. In some cases, recommend security measures.Conduct timely credit analyses and request additional information if needed.Maintain and enhance the Credit Scoring model software used in analysis preparation.Ensure appropriate records are maintained for requesting external credit reports and financial statements at the right times.Develop and maintain knowledge of the industries served, general business conditions, and global conditions that may affect international credit and collections.Essential Skills

The work environment will primarily focus on supporting businesses in the North America region, with an emphasis on maintaining a portfolio of accounts. The role requires a strong understanding of credit analysis and accounts receivable practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
