**Job Description:**
The Credit & Collections Manager is responsible for supervising the activities of credit approval and credit collection. You will manage the investigation of new customers, granting credit, extending credit lines and the collection of outstanding customer balances. Your responsibility will be to drive the creation of credit and collection procedures and associated resource planning.
You will direct and monitor customer interaction to enable maximum productivity of collection while maintaining customer satisfaction. One of your tasks will be also to oversee risk analysis and application of security treatment of high-risk customers. You will interact with external suppliers (credit bureaus, customer provided banking references, income statements, collection agencies, billing agents, etc.) to maximize liquidation rates, ensure productivity targets are measured/achieved and appropriate corrective action is deployed.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Recommend credit limits, handle special credit arrangements, and problem collection accounts.
+ Oversee and lead analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts to determine overdue accounts, and application of collection procedures.
+ Perform all personnel management activities for subordinates including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; encourage professional development through job assignments and training.
+ Influence decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Two or more years of a supervisory experience
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field
+ Knowledge of AT&T Advertising Solutions' collection practices and policies, sales environment and procedures, and credit policy is advantage

**Salary** from 3 250 EUR to 4 800 EUR Brutto per month. Actual salary depends on skills, knowledge and experience.
