About this role:

We are seeking a Credit Card Platform Services and Vendor Integration (Fiserv) Senior Consultant. The business functional title is Senior Business Execution Consultant to support our Credit Card Platform Services organization. This role plays a critical part in advancing our credit card servicing capabilities, optimizing Fiserv platform integrations, and driving initiatives that support our Consumer, Small Business, and Co‑Brand card portfolios. You will be a key member of the Product Capabilities team, partnering across product, operations, technology, and third‑party partners to ensure we deliver a seamless, modern, and customer‑centric credit card experience. Position required to help manage project coordination requests with our Third-Party vendor Fiserv that would include but not limited to account movement, new product launches and enhancements to the core Optis processing platform

In this role, you will:

Lead strategic and operational initiatives that advance our credit card servicing technology and platform capabilities.Drive process optimization and delivery excellence across multiple business groups, ensuring quality, scalability, and cost‑effective solutions.Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of platform enhancements involving Fiserv and other FinTech vendors.Research, assess, and propose solutions to moderately complex business and operational challenges using analytics and industry best practices.Build strong partnerships across product, operations, technology, risk, and vendor teams to align strategy and delivery.Write clear, comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support enhancements, migrations, and new product initiatives.Coordinate testing efforts across business and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.Provide leadership, guidance, and consultative support to cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and elevate the customer experience.Support credit card account movement, product launches, and core processing updates.Partner with leaders to develop project plans, establish timelines, manage execution, and communicate progress.


Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Fiserv or other FinTech/payment companies.Credit card servicing or merchant services experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver well‑managed solutions.Experience solving business problems, driving change, and improving processes.Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational execution, and business analysis.Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.Ability to identify trends, analyze data, isolate root causes, and drive timely resolutions.Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and managing multiple workstreams.

Job Expectations:
