Credit Card Administrator
Description We are looking for a Credit Card Administrator to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas. This role is essential for managing corporate card programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee education on credit card policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues related to accounts payable and credit card transactions. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with cardholders and management to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance on corporate card policies. • Set up card programs for newly established divisions within the organization. • Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately and remain current. • Process corporate card applications and conduct training sessions for new users. • Audit card transactions for compliance using Oversight software, identifying potential fraud or risks. • Review and revise account coding to maintain accuracy and alignment with company standards. • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to support financial oversight and decision-making. • Maintain and update company-specific information, such as cost centers and general ledger accounts, within the WellsOne expense reporting system. • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to the corporate card program. • Support the Manager with handling confidential matters and resolutions. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in coding invoices and reconciling credit card transactions. • Familiarity with credit card receipt management and auditing processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to use tools such as Oversight software for fraud detection and risk analysis. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cardholders and management. • Experience with expense reporting systems, such as WellsOne, is preferred. • Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to financial compliance.
