Our client, in the food distribution industry is seeking a Credit and Collections Clerk to join their team. As a Credit and Collections Clerk, you will be part of the sales team supporting upper management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Credit and Collections Clerk
**Location:** Vernon, CA
**Pay Range:** $23-25/hr.
**Shift:** 1st shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Contacts delinquent accounts to request payment.
+ Documents and reports all forms of communication in contact center.
+ Researches account disputes and billing discrepancies.
+ Reviews aged accounts receivable report and cash receipts report daily.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Strong Credit, Collections, and Customer Service call center experience.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong math and problem-solving skills.
+ Intermediate or above experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
