Serves as a subject matter expert to staff and customers for the pre-credentialing processes within the Medicaid credentialing team.. Sets and manages action plans for network initiatives, workflow, and quality improvement projects. Manages coordination with network staff for issue resolution. **What you will do** + Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Credentialing area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers. + Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support. + Prepares education and training to providers and internal customers on credentialing policy and procedures. + Organizes ongoing audits to evaluate compliance with standards, outcomes, and deliverable timelines. + Maintains collections of data, tracking, and reporting, and coordinates receipt of provider data with outside vendors and organizations. + Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. + Work as team lead for process and workflow support. **Required Qualifications** - 1+ years of Credentialing experience - Performs data collection, analytical research and analysis. - Ability to handle multiple processes. - Tracks and monitors individual work against timeline and metrics. - Actively participates in team meetings. **Preferred Qualifications** - Strong desk management skills. - 3+ years of Credentialing experience - Knowledge of EPDB, Microsoft Outlook, Excel **Education** + High school diploma or equivalent required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
